Specifically Highline UPC 7 71163 00005 2 and Compliments UPC 0 68820 10090 4
This recall has now been extended to include:
Champ’s Mushrooms brand Sliced White Mushrooms, Product of Canada, is sold in 227 g (8 oz.) packages. The package bears the UPC 0 33383 67600 5 and the “packed on” date written as, “PO 10AUG2012″ or PO 11AUG2012.
The product is known to have been distributed in BC and Alberta but may have been distributed in other provinces as well.

This costume does not meet the requirements for textile flammability under Canadian law. The costume can easily catch fire. Please do not let children wear it and dispose of the costume.
This was sold in Canada from January 2007 – September 2011 in various retail and novelty stores in Ontario and Quebec.
Apparently the chairs in this set can break when weight is placed on them. How much weight? I have no idea.
745 of these sets were sold in Canada at Liquidation World between November 2011 and May 2012.
