Free Pumpkin Carving Stencils

Free Pumpkin Carving Stencils

I can’t believe it’s almost Halloween again!  We have already picked up several pumpkins to carve but, like every year, I have no idea what we are actually going to carve.  This is about the time that I go scouring the internet for free pumpkin carving stencils.   While I was doing my search I thought I would try and make it easier for others by compiling some of my favorites.

Free Pumpkin Carving Stencils

Pumpkin Masters

This is a site I go to every year.  They don’t have a huge selection but the stencils that they do provide are pretty cool.  If you like them on Facebook you can gain access to a few more.

Disney Family.com

If your little ones are into Disney characters this is a great place to find some dun Disney characters to carve.

Pumpkin Glow

Looking for something a little different?  Like maybe you want a Albert Einstein jackolantern?  Well visit Pumpkin Glow for some very non Halloween ideas.

eHow.com

They have about 50 pumpkin carving templates that are free to download.

Better Homes & Gardens

A pretty good collection of templates here along with some helpful tips.

Martha Stewart

Of course the queen of home entertaining has you covered too.

Orange & Black

Another small collection of templates, nicely grouped into categories.

Celebrating Halloween

Another one of my favorite sites for free jack-o-lantern patterns.  They have a pretty good selection and some of them are pretty darn cool.

Hersheys

It just makes sense that Hersheys would get into the Halloween spirit too.  They have a selection of stencils divided into easy, intermediate and advanced.

Pumpkin Pile

They have a pretty good selection of relatively easy stencils ranging from traditional to cartoon characters to movie themes.  There’s a little bit of everything here.

Nick Jr

Of course I wouldn’t be a good mom if I also didn’t include Nick Jr.  They have a small selection of free printable pumpkin patterns with your kid’s favorite Nick Jr. characters.

Happy carving!!!

  5. That's a great collection of ideas. I personally loath carving pumpkins but my family loves it.

  7. My kids insist every year that we have something from a stencil on their pumpkins. I hate it, but what are you gonna do? They are only kids once. I love, love, love that Jack Skelington pumpkin. I may have to do that this year. We are huge Nightmare Before Christmas fans here 🙂
