Peanut Butter Chocolate Perfection #DoYouSpoon Chow Mein Noodle Cookies

Peanut Butter Chocolate Perfection #DoYouSpoon Chow Mein Noodle Cookies

We are huge peanut butter fans in our house. In fact my husband and I take peanut butter sandwiches for lunch at least a few times a week. So it was not surprising that we both really, really like the new Reese Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread when we tried it. Nobody does chocolate and peanut butter better than Reese. But what I didn’t expect was how much my daughter would LOVE it. She has always enjoyed peanut butter but never quite as much and my husband and I do. But this – well give her a spoon and the little girl could sit and eat the whole jar if you let her.

I can’t say I blame her. It’s really that good. Good enough to eat straight out of the jar. The texture is awesome and it’s just the perfect balance of peanut butter and chocolate.

As good as it is on it’s own I knew it would be the perfect addition to one of my favorite, easy to make goodies – Chow Mein Noodle cookies. So Molly and I whipped up a batch and we were, of course, not disappointed. They only take minutes to make and there is no baking involved.

Chow Mein Noodle Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup of Reese Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread
  • 1 cup of butterscotch chips

Directions:

Place the peanut butter chocolate spread and butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in increments of 30 second until melted and smooth.

Place the chow mein noodles in a larger bowl. Pour the melted mixture over the noodles and stir until the noodles are completely covered.

Drop onto a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Allow them to set. Eat and enjoy!

You can find a lot more scrumptious Reese Spread recipes here.

And if you thought Reese Peanut Butter Chocolate Spread couldn’t get any better – well try adding some crunchy graham sticks to the mix. The snacksters were another instant hit.
